All of your health data is stored only on your iPhone and is never sent to the cloud. Thanks to iOS's built-in security mechanisms and Face ID / Touch ID protection, only you can access your information. No one — including us — can see your data.

Your subscription is managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select HCM Companion, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You can continue using the app until the end of your current billing period.

First, make sure notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications → HCM Companion. If Focus mode or Do Not Disturb is active, your reminders may have been silenced. Also check that your in-app reminders are set to the correct time. If the issue persists, please contact us.

Try force-quitting the app and reopening it, then restart your iPhone. Next, check the App Store for any available updates. If the problem continues, email us with your iOS version and the steps you took; we'll help you resolve it without losing your data.

Because your data is stored on your device, transferring from your old iPhone to your new one using Apple's official methods (iCloud backup or device-to-device Quick Start) will automatically move your app data along with it.
